Medicines for 2018: the results of procurement, problems, solutions

As of February 26, 2018, according to the List of the Single Distributor, 1,037 items were purchased for the amount of 151.59 billion tenge. This is 88% of the total needs of medical organizations (including 85% of the need for ALO).
Savings in the procurement for 2018 already now amounted to more than 17 billion, and before the year this figure will significantly increase. It should be noted that the money saved will be used for additional purchase of medicines.
In total, in the list of the Single Distributor for 2018, 1192 names of medicines and medical products. Of these, 1002 items are intended for inpatient care, 494 names for ambulatory drug provision (304 positions are intersected by the hospital / ALO).
For reasons unrelated to the Single Distributor, not all drug names were purchased from the first time. A single distributor proclaimed procurement procedures three times from a single source to ensure a 90-day demand. Four times, tendering procedures were announced for the purchase of the annual and nine-month requirements. At the moment, 58 positions are not purchased within the framework of the ALO.
Of the purchased 78 items, due to late purchase (the results are summed up in January-February), the delivery is planned: by 25 items by February 25, by March 12 by 23 names, by 40 names by March 25. A further 15 items that will be delivered to Kazakhstan through UNICEF and UNDP, will be delivered to warehouses of LLP SK-Pharmacy in May 2018. In addition, today there is a delay of 38 HP from suppliers to the warehouse of a single distributor. Most of them are expected to be delivered before March 10.
Now in the ED stores there are 934 names of medicines and medical devices, which is 90% of all purchased drugs, including for outpatient drug provision, there are 361 medical products and medical equipment in the warehouses and are shipped to medical organizations.
As of the current moment, Kazakhstan shipped medicines and medical products for a total of KZT13,106.99 billion, including:
on the city of Astana – in 28 medical organizations for the amount of 1 362.6 million. tenge,
on the city of Almaty – in 60 medical organizations for the amount of 1 289,60 million tenge,
in the Mangistau region – in 15 medical organizations for the amount of 339.1 million tenge,
in Aktobe oblast – in 30 medical organizations for the amount of 839.6 million tenge,
According to the Kostanay region, leave is through the pharmacy network and in 5 medical organizations for the amount of KZT809.0 million,
on RMS – in 21 medical organizations for the amount of 564.4 million tenge,
for WKO drugs are dispensed through the pharmacy network, as well as 5 medical organizations for the amount of 485.7 million tenge,
in the South Kazakhstan Oblast, medicines are dispensed through pharmacy chains, shipment was made in the amount of KZT 726.6 million,
for Atyrau oblast – in 22 honey companies for the amount of 475.1 million tenge,
in the Akmola region – in 28 mega-organizations for a total of KZT 540.8 million,
in the Karaganda region – in 47 medical organizations for the amount of 1,523.8 million tenge,
in 21 mega-organizations of the Kyzylorda region for the amount of 633.4 million tenge,
in 69 medical organizations of East Kazakhstan region for the sum of 1 464.90 million tenge,
through the pharmacy network to the amount of 683.8 million tenge in Zhambyl region,
in 30 mega-organizations for the amount of 482.2 million tenge in Pavlodar region,
and in 33 honey companies of Almaty region for the amount of 886.2 million tenge.
To date, 80% of the declared demand has been shipped on the available drugs. Until the end of February, for all available names, the January and February requirements of the medical organizations on the names entered into the warehouses will be completely closed.
