60 thousand medical masks for free transferred to Almaty region
60 thousand medical masks in the form of humanitarian aid were transferred to the Akimat of the Almaty Region by Zhetys Wolframy LLP together with their strategic business partners from China. In total, in order to assist in the fight against a pandemic, over 220 thousand disposable three-layer medical masks were handed over to Kazakhstan, the press service of the akim of Almaty region reports.
According to Nazar Terlyga, vice president of Jiaxin International Resources Investment Co., Ltd, executive director of Zhetisu Wolframy LLP, the delivery of medical masks was carried out with the direct support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan and the Red Crescent Society of Kazakhstan:

Zhetisu Wolframy LLP together with its strategic partner represented by Jiangxi Cooper Corporation provides all possible support to emergency services through the Red Crescent of Kazakhstan. Moreover, the possibility of providing humanitarian assistance is an extremely important component of the overall work, ”he said.
It is worth noting that Zhetisu Tungsten LLP specializes in the extraction of tungsten ores. The investment project has been implemented in Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region since last year, 400 jobs have been created. The total investment project cost is US $ 250 million.
