This year, in the Almaty region, Nauryz is celebrated based on 10 main directions, special attention is paid to charity. So, on the initiative of the regional Council of Business Women on the eve of the holiday, charitable assistance was provided to about 300 families for a total of 1 million tenge. Grocery baskets, essential goods, as well as funds were handed over to large families and low-income families, elderly residents of the region, – the press service of the akim of the Almaty region reports.
For example, the Council of Business Women of Talgar region provided 22 families of the region with food baskets in the amount of 309.6 thousand tenge. Manat Kalieva, an entrepreneur from the Kegen region, director of FE “Kalieva”, provided support to 7 families in the amount of 160 thousand tenge. In Sarkan, Zhambyl and Alakol districts, 55 families are covered by social support. On holidays, business women from Enbekshikazakhsky, Panfilovsky. Aksu districts, Taldykorgan, Kapshagai and Tekeli also intend to support and please the residents of these regions.
According to the head of the Council of Business Women of the Almaty Region, Rimma Salykova, in every district and city of the region, the Councils of Business Women provide charitable assistance on a regular basis. For example, in rural districts, entrepreneurs have taken under the patronage of low-income families to provide them with food and basic necessities on a permanent basis.
The youth of the region takes an active part in charity events. For example, the day before, the resource youth center of Taldykorgan, within the framework of the Day of Good Deeds, organized a charity action “30 families – 30 good deeds”, within which 30 large and low-income families, elderly residents of the city were given food baskets, including the children of two families. tablets.
By the way, according to the regional department of culture, documentation and archives, within the framework of the projects “Nauryz meiirimi”, “Ayaly Alakan”, “Ardagerlerdi ardagtayyk”, state institutions of the region carry out charitable actions with coverage of veterans, orphans, mothers of large families, people with disabilities. In particular, in Taldykorgan, the Khalyk Foundation provides social assistance to 165 families, the Saligaly Urpak Foundation to 50 families and more than 500 families with the support of public organizations. Also, months of cleanliness were organized in all districts and cities, contests “The Cleanest Yard”, “The Cleanest Entrance”, “The Cleanest Quarter” were held, work was carried out to decorate settlements for the holiday.
In addition, on March 11, with the participation of artists from the regional philharmonic society named after Suyunbai and the drama theater named after B. Rimova took a special filming for a television concert timed to coincide with the day of the celebration of “Kurisu kuni”, which was broadcast on March 14. The regional public association “Zhetisu kelinder ortalygy” organized the contest “Zhetisudyk uzdik kelini-2021”, the selection was carried out online, covering about 80 young daughters-in-law. The main goal of the competition is to show a good example to the younger generation, to emphasize the importance of family values, cultural traditions and the continuity of generations.
