Contact center for free outpatient medical care was launched

A single distributor for the purchase of medicines launched a contact center on the issues of receipt of medicines for free ambulatory care in the country’s medical organizations (7172) 23 50 98.

According to Sharia Ismukhanova, Acting Chairman of the Board of SC-Pharmacy, despite the fact that almost all the need is already bought and shipped to the polyclinics, the population still has questions about interruptions in the provision of medicines.

“We have previously published phones on the site, according to which the specialists of the outpatient drug support department answered the Kazakhstani people. But they could not always devote all the working time, understanding in every situation. Now the decision is made to launch a contact center, where the operator will only answer questions from the public, dealing with each case with interruption in the supply of medicines, “Sharia Ismukhanova said.

According to the head of SC-Pharmacy, while the contact center is operating in a pilot mode. “Later, for convenience of Kazakhstan people, it is planned to launch a single short number for subscribers throughout the country,” she added.

Recall, for the 1st quarter of 2018. in 404 medical organizations throughout the country, medicines worth KZT 22.3 billion were shipped for free outpatient drug provision. In total, as of today, 430 names of medicines and medical products from 494 listed on the list have been purchased for outpatient drug provision of Kazakhstanis. In total, 1,040 items for outpatient and inpatient drug provision were procured under the list of the Single Distributor, which is 95% of the total demand. On unrecognized drugs, a tender was repeated, opening of envelopes with applications was made on March 28, the results will be announced in April.
