“Cloud on the roof”comes into the nationwide rental from April 26
The feature film “Cloud on the Roof”, created by the companies “A” Star Film “and” Bayterek production “with the technical support of the Kazakhfilm studio named after S.Aymanov, has been released nationwide since April 26. The scriptwriter and director of the film is an actor , director, composer Alisher Suleimenov.
According to the authors of the film, this is the first city saga-fantasy in Kazakhstan, where through ancient youth entertainment and realities the ancient and eternal struggle of good and evil is revealed.
“A film about how an angel and a demon make a deal, watching a young man who must decide what is most important for him in life. We talk about the fact that the fairy tale is so present in reality, how much reality is present in the fairy tale. In fact, this is a fairy tale for adults, “said Alisher Suleimenov.
The entire filming process took place in Almaty. As locations, a nightclub and a roof of one of the high-rise buildings were chosen, then converted using computer graphics and special effects.
The main role went to the young actor, director and screenwriter Diaz Azimzhan.
Diaz Azimzhan directed three short films as a director and became a laureate of such film festivals as: Direct Monthly Film Festival, the 1st Republican Film Festival “Baikonur”, “Los Angeles CineFest”, “Barcelona Planet film festival”, “Indie Wise virtual film festival”.
Also in the film were shot Vahid Isimov, Kamilla Nugmanova, Kazyna Abdrakhman, Madina and Medina Talipbek, Ussenzhan and Asanzhan Sultanov and others.
About the film: The Angel and the Demon, in the earthly bodies of a guy and a girl, find themselves on the roof of high-rise buildings in a modern city and choose a random passer-by named Timur the object of their ancient confrontation.
