The governor of Almaty Bauyrzhan Baibek went to a modern taxpayer’s service center of the state income department of Zhetysu district. The head of the city noted that the qualitative improvement of tax administration would raise the business satisfaction and it was one of the important directions in the work of state branches in Almaty. As we know Almaty is the city of business and the private fund.
As the director of the state income department of Almaty, Askar Tynysbekov told that there were already 4 service centers in a new form in the city. In the modern service center of taxpayers there is useda“ package service” where the mass of them are distinguished by moderators according to the categories.
«It means that the professional accountants, business beginners, the disabled person and the other categories have their own services in different operators. There is started a package «Balapan» for visitors with children which gives the parents the necessary services in the nearby zone of children’s area. There is a zone with the self-service terminals of taxpayers.» Askar Tynysbekov told.
Before it, there was opened a public reception of executive committee «Open Almaty», which gives the service by the principle of «one window», it is not connected with the NSC. Almaty’s project has had the awards of European forum «smart cities» and the contest of CIS city’s practices in the nomination of «The city where I want to live». By the support of executive committee of Almaty, the city’s prosecutor’s office opened a center of law enforcement service with the modern management technologies.
