Rakhat Shimasheva, previously head of the Education Department, became the head of the Almaty Language Development Department. In turn, Mamay Akhetov was appointed advisor to the city akim.
In addition, the head of the Department of Culture and Archives of the city was replaced. Until now, Khanzada Esenova was a deputy of the maslikhat of the city, for a long time worked as a director of the Almaty School of Fine Arts and Technical Design named after A. Kasteev.
