According to the head physician of the Central Clinical Hospital, Mayra Yegemberdieva, currently there are pharmacies and quarantine hospitals with 220 beds in the facility: “Patient visits to the clinic are limited, there are filters for adults and children who are treated with temperature. At the entrance to the permanent post is organized, where the temperature of all incoming is determined. A detailed analysis is carried out in the filter room – a patient survey, the place of his last stay, social circle, symptoms of the diseases. For transport disinfection, you have a special platform, there is also a filter at the maternity hospital for pregnant women coming with a temperature, the head doctor explained.
In the central hospital of the Ili district, Kamalzhan Nadyrov got acquainted with the progress of measures for the prevention of coronavirus infection and the team’s readiness to resist pandemiin by examining the prepared filters for receiving patients with symptoms of this disease and high fever, as well as filters for pregnant women in the maternity ward. Due to the densely populated territory in the village of Otegen Batyr, there is another reserve quarantine hospital with 100 beds.
Then, in the Karasai district, the Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kamalzhan Nadyrov, got acquainted with the work of the central district hospital and its infectious ward, having been in the emergency room, visited the isolation ward and the filter, and also talked with doctors and medical staff on how the work was delivered under the conditions announced in country of emergency. Particular attention was paid to the maternity ward, in particular the isolation ward.
As noted, 11 people were admitted to the infectious diseases department of the hospital with coronavirus infection, 5 of them recovered. The remaining 6 people undergo treatment.
“It is important to protect all medical personnel by creating all the necessary conditions for further full-fledged work,” K. Nadirov emphasized.
In the Enbekshikazakh region, the vice minister first of all visited one of the checkpoints established along the perimeter of the horticultural societies Koksai, Bereke, Altyn Alma, Altyn Adam, which were quarantined after detecting the second of 11 cases of coronavirus infection . The quarantine mode is valid from 00:00 a.m. April 12 to April 26, 2020, 3 roadblocks have been established
As it became known, in these horticultural societies there are 1512 yards, about 9 thousand people live in them. The total area of summer cottages is 111 ha. To cordon off the perimeter of horticultural societies, paramedics, police, military personnel, as well as those liable for military training, are called for. The situation is under special control, all necessary measures are being taken.
At the end of his working trip to Zhetysu, Kamalzhan Nadyrov noted that one of the main tasks posed by the Head of State and the Minister of Health today is to improve the quality and safety of working conditions for medical workers.
