The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population held a reception for citizens
The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Svetlana Zhakupova, held a reception of citizens at the Citizens Reception Center, where she reviewed the problems of 11 people from different regions of the country.
Kazakhstanis turned to the minister with questions and proposals in the following areas: unsatisfactory solutions to labor disputes, industrial accidents, questions regarding the establishment of a disability group and the selection of individual assistants, measures to support persons with disabilities and large families.
After listening to the requests and suggestions of citizens, Svetlana Zhakupova gave detailed answers to their requests. She took the issues requiring additional time for consideration under personal control and instructed the relevant departments of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan to assist in resolving them within the framework of their competence, in accordance with the current legislation.
