Premiere of the musical “Dostar Sert _” (“Oath of friends”
On October 13, 2016. Astana has noted opening of the State concert organization “Kazakh kontsert” a premiere of the musical “Dostar Serti _” (“An oath of friends”) which became some kind of presentation of new musical theater “to Astana Musical.
“Astana Musical” – the first specialized theater of the musical in the country created on the basis of the State concert organization “Kazakhkontsert”. The new theater is focused on the latest tendencies and will become the owner of the unique repertoire of domestic musicals.
“This is a big event for our country. First of all, on the initiative and with assistance of the management of our ministry, we managed to keep our legendary concert organization “Kazakhkontsert”. It was difficult, but as a result we have created in Astana under this favourite Kazakhstan brand the unique organization which, I am sure, will create a 100% Kazakhstan product. And it is twice pleasant to give such gift to Kazakhstan citizens in the year of the 25-th anniversary of our Independence, – has noted the director of the concert organization “Kazakhcontsert” Saltanat Seydimbek.
In cultural figures ‘ opinion the new Kazakhkontsert format will realize the cultural potential of the capital, will expand a genre variety of theatrical activity of the country. Now the Kazakhstan actors can increase skill and professionalism, using all opportunities of the most large-scale concert construction in the country – the concert hall “Kazakhstan”.
Young actors are involved in a performance, generally they are graduates and students of Academy of arts by Zhurgenev. All of them have received the roles, having passed a serious casting. The main selection criteria of actors was possession of three specialties: vocal, dance and acting skills. Soloists and chorus of the musical sing accompanied by the State chamber orchestra “Academy of Soloists” and “Big band” of the Kazakh national academy of arts by T. Zhurgenov.
The plot of the musical “Dostar Serti _” (“Oath of friends”) – the intriguing love story and firm friendship of four young guys who have arrived from the different cities of the country to enter the conservatory. Together with heroes the audience has made a musical trip in the 60-70th years. In the musical “gold hits” of the XX-th century sounded Sh. Kaldayakov’s compositions, E.Khasangaliyeva, VIA “Dos-Mukasan”, and also world masterpieces of Frankel and a song from the repertoire of “Beatles”. Besides, There are presented several new things made in the same musical stylistics. The author of the libretto is the famous Kazakhstan poet and the screenwriter Bakhyt Kairbekov. Annas Bagdat, poet, the playwriter has translated the musical into Kazakh – . Music to statement was written by the honored worker of Kazakhstan, the conductor – Artur Orenburgsky. The director of the musical is Eslyam Nurtazin.
