The Head of the NAO “International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects”  is appointed.

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhoshybaev Rapil Seykhanovich was appointed to the post of the head of the NAO “International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects”.

Rapil Zhoshybaev was born in 1963 in the art. Akyr-Tobe of Lugovsky district of Zhambyl region. In 1985 he graduated from the Kyrgyz State University. His specialty is economist.

He began his labor activity in 1980.

In 1980-1993 he worked as a technician, economist, senior engineer, trainee researcher, trainee-teacher at the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance (RF).

From 1993 to 2003 – the third, second, first secretary in the MFA of RK, the head of the department of the CIS Department of the MFA of the RK, the adviser of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Lithuania, the deputy chief of the Protocol of the President of the RK.

In 2003-2004 he was the head of the Department for Interfaith Relations of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chief inspector of the Protocol of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2004-2007 he held the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2007 to 2017 – Executive Secretary, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Commissioner of the “International Specialized Exhibition Expo-2017”.

He was awarded the Orders of Parasat, Dostyk II degree.

Reference: Created on behalf of the Head of State, the non-commercial joint-stock company “International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects” will function on the basis of the international Expo-UN center. The new center will become an ideological continuation of the heritage of the exhibition “Astana Expo-2017”, and also aims at establishing strategic partnership relations between the world community in the development of the “green” economy. Along with this, it will help attract investment in Kazakhstani projects.
