Lyudmila Byurabekova was born in 1973 in the Karaganda region. In 1997 she graduated from the Karaganda State Medical Academy, in 2004 – the Kazakh Pharmaceutical Institute, in 2014 – the International Academy of Business. By specialty – doctor, pharmacist, master of business administration.
She started her career in 2000 in the Karaganda State Medical Academy.
In 2004-2005, Worked as a physician-clinical pharmacologist in the multidisciplinary clinical hospital. H. Zh. Makazhanova.
In the years 2005-2009, She held various positions in the health departments of the Karaganda and West Kazakhstan oblasts. From 2009-2010 – chief, then deputy chairman of the Committee for Control of Medical and Pharmaceutical Activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2011-2014 years. Worked in the Republican Rehabilitation Center, the National Medical Holding, the Center for Medical Technologies and Information Systems.
In 2014-2015 years. Worked as the chief inspector in the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2015 to the present time she held the position of deputy head of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
