More than 400 bathrooms will appear along the republican roads within 5 years
Within the framework of the “Nurly Zhol” State Program for Infrastructural Development by the end of 2025, it is planned to install 297 units of sanitary and hygienic units along the roads of republican significance. In addition, due to private investments, 128 gas stations with DGS will be built during this time.
This year, as part of the reconstruction, work is underway to install 22 units of toilets on the highways “Shchuchinsk-Zerenda”, “Bypass of Karaganda”, “Nur-Sultan-Pavlodar”, “Zhetibay-Zhanaozen”, “Bypass of Nur-Sultan” , “Uzynagash-Otar”, “Ust-Kamenogorsk-Rakhmanovskie kluchi” and “Petropavlovsk-Kurgan”. In 2021, it is planned to install 40 units of sanitary and hygienic units, in 2022 – 50 units, in 2023 – 55 units, in 2024 65 SSUs will be installed and in 2025 – 65 units.
It is also worth noting that by the end of 2025 along the highways of international and national importance, at the expense of private investments, it is planned to build 128 gas stations with DGS of such companies as Compass, KazMunayGaz, Helios, Sinooil and Kaztransgas.
Today construction of 18 filling stations is underway on the “Almaty-Khorgos”, “Almaty-Tashkent”, “Samara-Shymkent”, “Aktobe-Martuk”, “Nur-Sultan-Temirtau”, “Almaty-Ust-Kamenogorsk”, “Yekaterinburg -Almaty “and” Dossor-seaport Aktau ” highways.
The development of roadside service is under the special control of the Committee for Roads of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We remind that KazAvtoZhol JSC “NC“” announced a competition for the installation of modular pavilions with sanitary and hygienic units on toll road sections at the expense of private investments.
