The main causes of failure are:

– the applicant’s personal data is incorrect;

– the bank account number is incorrect;

– the applicant has a regular wage job (including government employees and employees of budget organizations);

– the applicant is the recipient of pensions and benefits, did not work officially until the period of introduction of the state of emergency;

– according to the applicant, there are no mandatory social contributions, pension contributions, SSP for the last 12 months before the introduction of the state of emergency, or payment of SSP before the application from informally self-employed;

– the applicant is listed as dead or having left outside the Republic of Kazakhstan for permanent residence.

After a decision is made in the SSIF on the purpose of payment, the applicant receives an SMS notification. Subsequently, the applicant’s data is sent to the NAO State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, which transfers them to second-tier banks for payment.
