The Ministry of Health has amended the Health Accreditation Rules
In order to improve the quality of medical services and ensure transparency of medical organizations, Order No. 309 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 18, 2017 was amended in the Health Accreditation Rules approved by Order No. 127 on March 10, 2015.
The changes touched on the procedure for accreditation, the requirements for an external comprehensive evaluation of medical organizations, and the accreditation of experts for the medical community. There were excluded the accreditation of individuals and changed the process of post-accreditation monitoring.
It should be noted that the draft order was coordinated with 13 accredited associations of private business entities, and also received an expert opinion of SPE “Atameken”.
