May the new school year be successful for first graders who are just about to cross the threshold of school, and freshmen entering adulthood, following their dreams. Ahead of you are waiting for new knowledge and high peaks. I hope that you will make every effort and achieve great success in science, sports and creativity. I would like to note that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education has large-scale plans for the new academic year. Work on their implementation has already begun. Let me remind you that from today, on behalf of the Head of State, scholarships for university students will increase by 20%, for undergraduates and doctoral students – by 15%. Our team is ready to work hard for quality education and the right professional orientation. Good luck, good luck, friends!
