LECTURES WERE HELD IN ASTANA IT UNIVERSITY WITHIN THE WEEK OF SCIENCE
Today, within the week of science  lectures were held by scientists from leading universities in the world as part of the first meeting of the National Council for Science and Technology under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana IT University .
The purpose of the lecture by foreign members of the national council is to bring to the audience valuable ideas and points of view on scientific and technological topics, as well as to involve young people in creating a broader scientific community in Kazakhstan. The participants of the event were the council of young scientists, vice-rector for science of universities, scientists from ENU, NCB, NU. Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kamil Akatov delivered a welcoming speech. He noted the importance of the lectures of the members of the Council, which are an opportunity for the scientific community of Kazakhstan to learn and interact with experts from around the world, as well as to promote the advancement of science and technology in the country.
 During the event, scientists touched upon important topics from the field of advanced scientific knowledge, such as experimental physics, genetic engineering and DNA, nanotechnology and human health. Author’s lectures were read by: Nobel Prize winner George Fitzgerald Smoot III (online); Murat Saparbayev, Director of the DNA Repair Laboratory of the Gustav Rosy Institute (France); Professor of the School of Nuclear Energy at Purdue University (USA) Zinetula Insepov; Professor of the Austrian Institute of Science and Technology (Austria) Zhanybek Alpishchev; employee of the Los Alamos National Laboratory (USA) Diyar Talbaev, experimental physicist in the field of condensed matter.
