Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with victims of forest fires in Kostanay region

At the end of the meeting of the operational headquarters, the Head of State inspected the territories of the Amankaragay village affected by the forest fire.
Then the President visited the evacuation point deployed on the basis of a school in the village of Auliekol, where he met with the affected citizens and got acquainted with the work of the humanitarian aid distribution point.
In a conversation with the victims, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said that the Government would take all measures to overcome the difficult situation.
“Unfortunately, there was a big fire. However, help will be provided. I know that you have lost your homes. The government will build new houses for you within two, two and a half months, and they will be much better than what you had before,” the Head of State said.
The President held a conversation with the volunteers and expressed gratitude to them for their assistance.
