Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Alexander Stubb on his election as President of Finland

The head of state sent a congratulatory telegram to Alexander Stubb in connection with his victory in the presidential elections.
“Your victory in the elections is a clear indication of the people’s trust and support for your promising program, as well as recognition of your rich political experience. I am confident that under your leadership Finland will continue on the path of dynamic growth and prosperity. We highly value our growing relationship with Finland, based on strong bonds of friendship and mutual respect. I look forward to close cooperation with you and the Finnish Government in order to further strengthen long-term cooperation and unlock the potential of bilateral relations for the benefit of our countries,” the telegram says.
