Implementation of elements of Industry 4.0 at the enterprises of the Pavlodar region
On August 6, 2020, at the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chaired by Dinara Shcheglova, Vice Minister, an online meeting was held on the implementation of elements of Industry 4.0 at industrial enterprises of Pavlodar region.
The event was held with the participation of representatives of the Akimat of Pavlodar region, industrial enterprises of the region, Autonomous cluster fund “Park of innovative technologies”, “Kazakhstan center of industry and export”JSC QazIndustry “JSC.
Within the framework of the “Digital Kazakhstan” state program in Pavlodar region, more than 10 digital projects are being implemented by 6 industrial enterprises ( “Aluminum of Kazakhstan” JSC, “Kazkhrom” JSC TNC, “Bogatyr Komir” LLP, “ERG Service” JSC, “Prommashkomplekt” LLP, “PNHZ” LLP) in the amount of 3 121 million tenge. 4 projects were implemented for the amount of 782 million tenge.
Dinara Shcheglova also briefly spoke about some of the Ministry’s initiatives aimed at digitalizing industrial facilities, including:
– the need to create an Ecosystem for supporting domestic industrial and IT enterprises with the help of a technological platform created jointly with the Park of Innovative Technologies AKF and QazIndustry JSC;
– identification of key steps to creating conditions for the digitalization of industry and the transition to Industry 4.0;
– proposals for the digitalization of enterprises for inclusion in the “Digital Kazakhstan” state program.
During the discussion, a comprehensive exchange of views took place on many practical issues related to the initiation of proposals for the digitalization of enterprises for inclusion in the state program. The participants of the meeting noted the decisive role of industrial enterprises in this process.
The parties also noted that such a format of work with the participation of all stakeholders is an effective way to exchange views and develop a common position on the issues of increasing the level of digitalization of industry and the transition to Industry 4.0, and also agreed to continue work in this direction.
