State Secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan G.N.Abdykalikova in Zhambyl region

The Secretary of State attended events held within the framework of the Year of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan.
The akim of the Zhambyl region A. Myrzakhmetov, the deputy chairman of the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan M. Nurmatov, members of the National Commission for Women and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of government agencies and the general public also participated in them.
Greeting the participants, Gulshara Abdykalikova focused on the words of N.Nazarbayev “Our national traditions and customs, language and music, literature and wedding ceremonies, in a word, the national spirit, should always remain with us”.
Within the framework of the events, meetings were held between representatives of the Business Women’s Council of RPP Atameken and the RPO Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan with colleagues from Uzbekistan. Agreements on cooperation in the development of tourist services and improving the organization of the tourism sector in the Zhambyl region and Uzbekistan have been concluded.
During the visit, the Secretary of State also participated in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of M.H. Dulati Taraz State University. 685 professors and teachers work at the university, more than 12 thousand students study, 14 teaching and laboratory complexes and 155 laboratories with modern equipment operate.
G. Abdykalikova, urging teachers and students to actively participate in the implementation of the Head of State’s Address “Growing Kazakhstan Welfare: Improving Incomes and Quality of Life,” solemnly opened the monument to the University of Shezhіresі, a modern sports complex, and also attended the groundbreaking ceremony for a student 500 places dormitory
