ELE launched an artificial intelligence model for recommendations on vacancies and resumes

An artificial intelligence (hereinafter referred to as AI) model has been launched on the Electronic Labor Exchange (hereinafter referred to as ELE) portal, which makes it possible to select recommendations for vacancies and resumes for applicants and employers. The implemented AI model was trained on data from the information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

This recommendation system uses an advanced architecture similar to the LinkedIn Recruiter search and recommendation system.

The basis of AI functionality is natural language processing models, which allows it to effectively analyze the content of resumes and vacancies. This mechanism provides employers with a quick and accurate search for suitable candidates for hiring and forming a personnel reserve, and applicants with the opportunity to more quickly find suitable vacancies and prospects for continuing their careers.

The AI model allows you to analyze the content of a resume, on the basis of which the most suitable job options and career options are recommended, taking into account various parameters, such as the expected salary level, region of residence, relocation opportunities, skills, etc. This provides more accurate and personalized recommendations for both employers and job seekers.

In the future, continuous improvement of the system is planned, including the use of modern machine learning algorithms, offering applicants recommendations for additional education and courses to improve their skills.
