ARMAN KASHKINBEKOV IS APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF THE NCSSTE
On December 9, 2022, Kashkinbekov Arman Kairberlievich was appointed President of JSC National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise.
Minister Sayasat Nurbek thanked the ex-president of the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise Ibraev Adil Zhunusovich for his work and noted his merits in the development of science in Kazakhstan.
“Adil Zhunusovich has headed the Center since 2013 and during this time has made an invaluable contribution to the field of domestic science. I thank you for the work done and wish you success in your future professional career,” the minister said.
The Chairman of the Science Committee of the MNVO RK, Darkhan Ahmed-Zaki, introduced the new leader to the staff of the NTSGNTE and wished him success in his important position.
Arman Kashkinbaev was born in 1977. In 1998 he graduated from Karaganda State University named after. Buketova. In the same year, he entered the master’s program under the Bolashak scholarship program at Vanderbilt University, USA.
Arman Kairberlievich began his career in 1998 at Vanderbilt University, USA, where he worked until 2000 as a researcher and media analyst.
From 2000 to 2019, he worked in quasi-state, national companies in senior positions.
In 2019-2020, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Science Fund JSC.
In 2020-2021, he was the head of sustainable development at the United Nations Development Program.
From 2021 to the present, he has served as Director of the International Snow Leopard Foundation.
