Anniversary medals in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan were presented by A. Tsoy
28.08.2020 in the Ministry of Health was held a solemn ceremony of awarding the jubilee medals “Kazakhstan Constitutional son 25 zhyl” in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As Minister of Health Alexei Tsoi noted during the award ceremony, the Constitution of Kazakhstan reflected the best world experience and practice, as well as the historical and national traditions of our multinational people. The formation of a unique concept of the country’s constitutional development is the merit of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev. The basic law of the country incorporated the institutional reforms and political initiatives of the Elbasy.
“Our Constitution serves the interests of the citizens of the country, establishing the highest values - a person, his life, rights and freedoms. The main law of the country stands for the protection of such fundamental rights of citizens as the right to health protection. Article 29 of the Basic Law of the country enshrines the right of citizens to a guaranteed amount of free medical care, ”A. Tsoi stressed.
In honor of this date, the President of the country Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev signed a decree on awarding 150 medical workers, employees of the Ministry of Health and representatives of the regional health system with an anniversary medal in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution.
The head of the ministry presented commemorative medals to the General Director – Chairman of the Board of the National Center for Expertise of Medicines and Medical Devices Erik Bayzhunusov, Director of the Department of Pharmaceutical Provision and Standardization Alexander Kostyuk, trainer of ALMAU health managers Tatiana Issyk, Director of the Department for Coordination of Compulsory Social Health Insurance Gulzhan Shaikhybekova , Head of the Public Health Department of the Department of Public Health Policy Gulnar Kuspekova, Head of the Department of Medical Care for Socially Significant Diseases of the Department of Medical and Social Aid Gulnara Maksutova, Chief Expert of the Department of Public Health of the Department of Public Health Policy Rabige Milibayeva, Chief Expert of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation of the Department of Medical -social assistance to Gulzira Tazhibaeva and a number of other specialists of the Ministry of Health health care and subordinate organizations.
Four of the awardees were present in the meeting room, all the rest received the awards remotely via Webex.
In total, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 20, 2020 No. 387, 150 people were awarded by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 17 – the central office, 47 – the Committee and its territorial divisions, 86 – representatives of subordinate organizations.
