Almost 32 thousand Kazakhstanis automatically extended the terms of disability
According to the order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 31.9 thousand citizens were automatically extended the terms of disability by 3 months. At the same time, the payment of state benefits was made on July 17 of this year. for a previously established disability group.
In addition, more than 9 thousand Kazakhstanis have issued or extended their disability online through the eGov.kz portal. This opportunity, along with automatic renewal, was provided to persons with disabilities in order to prevent mass gatherings of people in public institutions and reduce the risk of contracting coronavirus infections. During the entire period of the restrictive measures in connection with the dissemination of COVID-19, citizens will be able to submit applications for the establishment and re-certification of disability in electronic format.
To submit an application, you must log in to the eGov.kz portal and have an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as EDS).
After logging in, you must click in the upper right corner of the button with a drop-down list, select “Electronic requests” and “Order online service”.
Then the applicant enters his personal account, where he needs to click on the “Create” button. Then you need to fill in the fields (“region”, “address of actual residence”, “mobile phone”, etc.). In the “Recipient” field, select “Territorial Department of the Committee for Labor, Social Protection and Migration”. In addition, photographed or scanned copies of documents must be attached. The list can be viewed by clicking on the link “List of required documents”.
The final step will be to sign the application using an EDS key. To do this, press the “Select certificate” button and select a file whose name begins with “RSA …”, then the system will require you to enter an open password.
As a result of submitting an appeal, the application will be assigned a status in the personal account.
Note that for the first time, the opportunity to apply for the establishment of disability through the eGov.kz portal appeared for Kazakhstanis during the introduction of the state of emergency. From March to July this year, this method was used to establish a disability for 9,699 citizens.
Recall that earlier at a meeting of the Government, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin instructed to speed up the process of automatically extending the terms of disability, the re-examination of which falls during the quarantine period.
