A regular meeting of the Council on industry issues was held at MIID RK
On August 28, 2020, under the chairmanship of Beibut Atamkulov, the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a regular meeting of the Council on Industry Issues was held.
Sectoral issues of housing and communal services and civil aviation were considered at the meeting.
In particular, in the field of housing and communal services, the procedure for maintaining information systems for organizing construction on the principle of “one window”, as well as the Rules for the implementation of engineering and geological surveys, were approved by the industry committee.
The introduction of a unified information system “E-Kurylys” will in the future serve as a unified online platform for all subjects of the construction industry.
The rules for the implementation of engineering-geological surveys will establish general requirements for the production of engineering-geological surveys to justify the design preparation of construction, as well as engineering-geological surveys performed during the construction, operation, and post-utilization of facilities
Also, amendments to the criteria for assessing the degree of risk and checklists in the field of architecture, urban planning, and construction were approved for the activities of local executive bodies for architecture, urban planning, construction, and state architectural and construction control and supervision.
In the field of civil aviation, the Council considered draft rules for access to the provision of services on the territory of the airport, which is not related to airport activities and the rules for the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles in the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to which the industry committee was instructed to work out the content in detail.
