A meeting of the “Gosexpertiza” RSE management with representatives of the company TATNEFT, of Tatarstan Republic RF took place.

During the meeting, General Director of the RSE “Gosekspertiza” Timur Dzhienbaevich Karagoishin greeted the guests and stressed that this is another important step to strengthen friendly relations between our countries.
As it became known, “TATNEFT” signed an Investment Memorandum on the implementation of a project for the production of automobile tires in the city of Saran (Karaganda region, RK), with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.U. Mamin, akimat of the Karaganda region, PJSC TATNEFT and JSC Allur Group of Companies. At present, active preparation of project documentation is underway for submission for a comprehensive non-departmental examination.
This project is included in the list of TOP-10 significant investment projects of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is being implemented within the framework of the Joint Action Program in the field of Kazakh-Russian industrial cooperation for a number of reasons. One of them is in view of the high state importance of the construction of a new tire enterprise to meet the needs of the domestic market in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of export potential, as well as the creation of additional jobs and tax revenues to the republican and local budgets.
