On November the 3-d, 2016 at 19:00 State Museum of Arts after Kasteyev invites You to the Opening Day of musical “Romantic Dreams”. The laureates of international contests pianist and cellist Maya Sepp, Musa Kerimbayev will perform romantic works by Robert Schumann and Prokofiev.
Robert Schumann – one of the most prominent representatives of musical Romanticism in Germany. In variety of poetry of Heinrich Heine, Schumann’s work was a reflection of atmosphere of philistine Germany of 1820-40’s. It was called in the world of high humanity, celebrates the beauty and strength of feeling. Hot passion, proud manhood, lyricism, capricious variabilityof endless stream of impressions and thoughts -are the characteristic features of Schumann’s music. Sergei Prokofiev is one of the most significant composers of XX century. an author of 11 operas, ballets, 7, 7 symphonies, eight concerts for solo instrument and orchestra, cantatas and oratorios, chamber vocal and instrumental music, music for film and theater.
Sepp pianist Maya was born in Tallinn, she began studying music at age 5 and at 8 years acted for the first time with the orchestra, playing the piano concerto Lyudvig van Bethoven. She graduated from the Moscow Conservatory and graduated from the Higher School of Music of Karlsruhe in Germany. In 1999 she was the youngest participant of the International Piano Competition, named Mozart in Salzburg (Austria). In the same year became the winner of 3 awards in the 22-d International Piano Competition “Le Muse” in Naples (Italy). In 2000 he was a finalist in the International Piano Competition in Jurmala (Latvia). Winner of international piano competitions in Austria, Germany and France.
Cellist Musa Kerimbayev a graduate of school for gifted children named after A. Zhubanov and Almaty konservatorii. In different years held a master class cellist Yo-Yo Ma, I.Gavrysha, A.Nikulesku, D.Geringasa, R.Hosse and others. Laureate of the International Competition of Young Singers of Central Asia and Kazakhstan (1993), International “Shabyt” festival and other prestigious competitions. As part of various teams toured the city of the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, France, Turkey, Israel, Austria, Macedonia, the United Kingdom and other countries.
