165 thousand jobs were created within the framework of the ERM

Within the framework of the Employment Roadmap for 2020-2021 (hereinafter referred to as the ERM), about 6.4 thousand projects have been launched, which have created 165 thousand jobs.

Within the framework of DKZ, local executive bodies have selected 6,762 projects for implementation.

Implementation of infrastructure projects of DKZ is carried out in 4 main directions:

– major and current repairs, reconstruction and construction of social and cultural facilities (2,729 projects);

– capital, medium and current repairs, reconstruction of housing and communal services (1,088 projects);

– capital, medium and current repairs, reconstruction, construction of engineering and transport infrastructure (1,926 projects);

– improvement of settlements (1,019 projects).

A special condition in the implementation of infrastructure projects of DKZ is to ensure the use of at least 90% of goods and services of domestic producers. At least half of the workers are hired through employment centers, with priority given to unemployed youth. Contractors must ensure safe working conditions, using sanitary and epidemiological measures.

As of September 7, work on 6.4 thousand projects began in the regions, 165 thousand jobs were created, including 99.3 thousand jobs through employment centers.

As previously reported, a total of 255 thousand jobs are planned to be created within the framework of the DKZ. At the same time, DKZ projects will create the basis for opening more than 100 thousand permanent jobs in the future.
