Peter Levine, MA (Oxon), founded the former FTSE 250 Imperial Energy Corporation PLC and was its Executive Chairman and largest individual shareholder until it’s $2.4 billion sale in January 2009. Peter is the sole beneficial owner of PLLG Investments, his family investment fund, which is a 29.38% owner of President. Peter is an Honorary Fellow of his alma mater Trinity College, Oxford University, and was previously the Chairman of the then FTSE 250 Severfield-Rowen Plc and Keltbray Plc.

President Energy PLC is a growing oil and gas producer with a profitable production base in Argentina and the US, and significant development and exploration upside in both Argentina and Paraguay. We are engaged and committed to short, medium and long-term value creation in our markets by being an efficient and responsible operator of all ours assets.

President has oil and gas production in two geographical markets: Argentina and the United States, as well as exploration assets in both countries and Paraguay.

The Company has operating interests in Puesto Flores, Estancia Vieja, Puesto Prado and Las Bases Concessions as well as exploration assets in Angostura which are all situated in the Rio Negro Province in the Neuquén Basin of Argentina. In Salta Province, Northern Argentina, the Company operates the Puesto Guardian Concession in the Noroeste Basin.

In Paraguay, the Company has interest in the Pirity Block and the Hernandarias Block in Paraguay. In June 2021, an agreement was entered into between President and a reputable state-owned energy company to farm in for a 50% participating interest in the Pirity Concession. Drillinng is projected to being in H1 2022.

Additionally, President has interest in a producing oil and gas field in Louisiana, USA as operator of  East Lake Verret field meaning the company has steady cash generative production assets in the US.
