More than 600 kilometers of local roads will be repaired in Aktobe region
In the regions of Kazakhstan, the modernization of regional and district highways continues. In the Aktobe region, by the end of this year, road workers will renew 606 kilometers.
In particular, this year 41 road projects are being implemented: 2 construction projects, 3 reconstruction projects, major repairs – 4 projects, and medium repairs – 33 projects.
It should be noted that in the Aktobe region the share of local roads in good and satisfactory conditions is 56.5%. After the work carried out by the end of this year, this figure will grow to 59% and will amount to 2.9 thousand kilometers of roads.
Let us recall that the length of local roads is 4.9 thousand km, of which regional – 1.2 thousand km, regional – 3.7 thousand km.
In addition, the region is implementing projects for the construction, reconstruction, and repair of roads of republican significance. The work coverage is 296 kilometers.
