“On this day, I would like to note the invaluable contribution of labor veterans and labor dynasties, which with their daily work became the basis and witnesses of the independence and formation of modern Kazakhstan! You carry the spirit of a true institution of mentoring and continue to pass on your professional and moral experience to the young, instilling in them a love to work,  to working professions. In turn, young workers should learn from the older generation and show their potential in work for the benefit of the development of the enterprise. Today, in a rapidly changing world, our youth is an example of successful work and the locomotive of the development of a proactive state. I think that everyone who received the awards today will proudly bear the titles of “Veteran of Labor”, “Best Labor Dynasty”, “Best Mentor for Working Youth”, “Best Young Worker,” said the head of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Let’s recall that the republican contest “Enbek Zholy” among labor dynasties and production workers has been held by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2016 in order to implement the idea to build a General Labor Society. Its main task is the formation of positive public opinion about people of work and the creation of conditions for the formation of new labor dynasties at enterprises and organizations.
