According to 18 subparagraph 77 of article of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On people’s health and the health care system”, vaccination against CVI will be carried out only with informed consent for vaccination and free of charge from the state budget.
“In case of adverse consequences after receiving the vaccine, responsibility will be borne by all participants in the process: from the manufacturer, ending directly with medical institutions. In addition, expert groups have been created at public health departments in the regions, which include specialized specialists. In case of manifestation of adverse consequences, these commissions will conduct an investigation, and further measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “E.
