Kazakhstan President  met with Ali Bektayev, Chairman of the Auyl Party

 
During the meeting, Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev was informed that the members of the Auyl party fully support the establishment of the National Council of Public Confidence and the Presidential Personnel Reserve, as well as the initiatives of the Head of State aimed at improving the situation in agriculture.

The interlocutors discussed in detail the situation in the agricultural sector. In particular, the party leader expressed his proposals on improving the financial support system for the industry.

Ali Bektayev noted the timeliness of the President’s instructions providing for the efficient use of agricultural land and transfer of cultivated land to farms that are directly involved in their processing.

The head of state was acquainted with the proposals of the Auyl party for the further development of the agricultural sector and the revival of remote rural settlements.

Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with the heads of the National Bank of Kazakhstan

Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev met with Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, with Erbolat Dosaev and Anar Zhailganova.

During the meeting, the President heard a report on the implementation of the monetary policy for the 11 months of the current year.

During the meeting, the leadership of the National Bank presented the dynamics of inflation, the state of the gold and foreign exchange reserves of the National Bank and the assets of the National Fund.

Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev was also acquainted with forecasts for inflation, GDP growth and the current account of the balance of payments for 2020.

Following the meeting, the President gave a number of specific instructions.

Anar Zhailganova  reported to Kassym-Zhomart Tokaev about the results of the 4th stage of selection for the “Presidential personnel reserve” and the main criteria and requirements of the past stage, the composition of the expert commission in details.

The President emphasized the need to ensure transparency of the final stage when choosing worthy candidates.
