Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who arrived on a working visit to St. Petersburg, took part in an informal meeting of the CIS heads of state. The event was attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The summit discussed priority areas of activity and prospects for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation within the Commonwealth of Independent States.
