President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received French Ambassador Sylvain Guioge

Having congratulated the French Ambassador on his appointment, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that his diplomatic mission falls on a very active period in the development of bilateral relations.
The President emphasized that Kazakhstan attaches great importance to the comprehensive deepening of cooperation with France and wished Ambassador Sylvain Guioge success in his responsible post. During the meeting, issues on the agenda of the upcoming state visit of the President of Kazakhstan to the French Republic were discussed.
The head of state expressed hope that this visit will outline new prospects for cooperation between Astana and Paris and will give a serious impetus to the further strengthening of the Kazakh-French strategic partnership.
