Kasim-Zhomart Tokaev was informed about the indicators of the country’s socio-economic development, the course of the harvesting campaign and preparation for the heating season.
According to Olzhas Bektenov, the growth of the economy in January-August amounted to 3.7%. The greatest increase was shown by construction sectors (8.8%), transport and storage (7.9%), communication (7.4%), trade (5.5%), manufacturing industry (4.9%).
In agriculture, the volume of preferential financing increased 3 times and brought to 580 billion tenge. Today, 70.2% of the areas of grain and grain -combat crops are removed throughout the country, 17.2 million tons of grain were piled up. Agrarians are provided with a sufficient amount of preferential fuel.
The head of state was reported that in all regions work was underway to prepare for the heating season. The readiness of social facilities was ensured, and 98.3%are completed in residential buildings. The annual need for coal power plants is 60 million tons, the available supply corresponds to the standard.
Kasim-Zhomart Tokaev was familiarized with the course of execution of his instructions to eliminate the consequences of the floods and measures to prevent the flood situation next year. All victims were provided with social support and compensation for damaged property was paid. 5,767 housing units were purchased and issued, 2576 new houses were built, work at 104 facilities in Akmola and West Kazakhstan regions is completed. The plan of anti -flowering measures is being implemented.
At the end of the meeting, the head of state gave a number of instructions on further disclosure of the country’s industrial potential and the modernization of infrastructure.
