President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed gratitude for the active participation of the representative delegation of the United Arab Emirates in the SCO summit in Astana.
As the Head of State noted, Kazakhstan pays special attention to the development of multifaceted cooperation with the UAE.
The progress in the implementation of agreements previously reached at the highest level in the trade, economic and investment spheres was discussed. The need to continue work within the framework of the Joint Declaration on Strategic Investment Projects between Kazakhstan and the UAE was noted.
In addition, the meeting discussed prospects for cooperation in the energy and transport and logistics industries, as well as in the field of information technology and artificial intelligence.
