More than 2.7 million people are assigned payments from the State Social Insurance Fund.
In connection with the loss of income during the state of emergency from the State Social Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the SIF), more than 2.7 million people have been assigned social payments from the SPSS (2 million 708 thousand 666 people), the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.
As to 15.00 hours on April 15, from 5 million 334 thousand 224 citizens, a total of 6 million 837 thousand 393 appeals were received for the appointment of social payments in connection with the loss of income during the emergency period.
Thus, 1 million 503 thousand 169 duplicate applications were registered.
The largest number of unique hits came from:
– Almaty region – 667 116;
– Almaty city – 651 903;
– Turkestan region – 631 598;
– the city of Nur-Sultan – 418 768;
– Shymkent – 339 709.
The largest number of appointments by region was made for residents:
– Almaty region – 411 573;
– Turkestan region – 300,996;
– Almaty city – 291 439.
The time period for checking data and considering applications is 3 business days. In order to prevent an increase in the time for considering applications, we ask citizens to send an appeal once.
After a decision is made in the GFSS on the purpose of payment, the applicant receives an SMS notification. Subsequently, the applicant’s data is sent to the “Government for Citizens” NAO State Corporation, which transfers them to second-tier banks for payment.
An application for social payment can be submitted through the eGov portal, website 42500.enbek.kz and the Telegram bot located at https://t.me/Help42500Bot.
Recall, in accordance with the current Rules, the social payment from the SSSF in case of loss of income due to restrictions on activities for the period of the emergency in the amount of 42,500 tenge per person per month is carried out in for the following categories:
– to employees of small and medium-sized enterprises on vacation without pay;
– to employees of large business entities operating in the settlements where quarantine is imposed, who are on vacation without pay;
– to employees of non-commercial legal entities on vacation without pay, except for state ones;
– to individual entrepreneurs;
– persons engaged in private practice (notary public, private enforcement agent, lawyer, professional mediator);
– to individuals who are payers of a single aggregate payment;
– individuals who receive income under civil law contracts, the subject of which is the performance of work (provision of services), for which mandatory pension contributions have been paid by tax agents.
