As part of the Nurly Zher State Program, 523 thousand square meters of housing or 4.6 thousand dwellings at the expense of all sources of financing will be built this year in the West Kazakhstan Region, the press office of the MIID RK reports.

For the I-st quarter of this year, 7.1 billion tenge of investments were allocated for housing construction, 77.5 thousand square meters of housing, or 568 dwellings were commissioned, of which 487 are private houses.

In general, within the framework of the Nurly Zher state program this year, funds in the amount of 18.6 billion tenge are provided for the construction of housing and engineering and communications infrastructure for the implementation of 41 projects with the creation of 845 jobs.

It is planned to put into operation 1763 apartments of rental housing without redemption and credit housing.

Of these, 3.4 billion tenge are provided for the construction of rental housing without redemption for the implementation of 12 projects. According to the results of the 1st quarter of this year, according to the financing plan, the Akimat transferred 1.1 billion tenge, the funds have been fully utilized. By the end of the year it is planned to introduce 30.9 thousand square meters of rental housing or 590 apartments. 165 new jobs will be created on the construction of housing for vulnerable segments of socially and for low-income, large families.

For the construction of credit- housing provided 13 billion tenge for the implementation of 14 projects. Planned to commission 81.8 thousand square meters of housing or 1173 apartments.

In addition, this year 2 billion tenge for 200 housing loans are allocated from the republican budget for the implementation of the “Bakhyty Otbasy” program at 2% under the state program “Nurly Zher”.

2.2 billion tenge are provided for bringing engineering and communication infrastructure to housing development areas for the implementation of 15 projects. It is planned to create 210 jobs.
